LEON combines chauffeurs and close-protection agents in one app. We are raising a minimum of €10 million from business angels and private investors to buy our own cars, keep every agent on payroll, and open Paris, Geneva and Courchevel.
Reserved for business angels, family offices and private investors. Allocation is limited and offered in the order requests are received.
The big platforms hand around 80% of every fare back to independent drivers they do not train, do not control and cannot keep. Service is uneven, and the best clients get taken off-platform. We built the opposite model.
A pooled fund buys the cars outright. No rental margin paid to someone else, full control of the standard, and an asset on our balance sheet instead of a monthly invoice.
Every bodyguard is on payroll until the company is worth €1 billion. Better pay than gig work, better service than gig work, and a higher margin for LEON because nothing leaks to intermediaries.
The LEON crime map and incident reports turn every ride into data no taxi app has: where it is safe, when, and who is close enough to help.
We start where clients already pay for discretion and safety: the Riviera all year, the Alps in winter, the financial capitals in between.
Nice, Cannes, Antibes, Monaco, Saint-Tropez. Our home market, operating today.
Business travel, fashion weeks, embassies and hotels that need a protected ride.
Private banking, international organisations, families who expect discretion.
The winter season of the same clients we drive in Saint-Tropez in summer.
The next hub for the clients we already serve in Europe.
The apps, the dispatch and the safety data are built and running. The round funds scale, not a prototype.
Book a chauffeur, a bodyguard, or both, now or scheduled, from economy to Escalade. Live on the App Store and Google Play.
See the app →Official crime statistics, local news and user reports on one live map, in the app and on the web. The safety layer no taxi app has.
Open the live map →Every booking reaches our dispatch in real time; agents work from their own app with assignments, hours and payroll in one place.

Business angels, family offices and private investors. Depending on your country and the amount, you may need to qualify as a professional or sophisticated investor; we confirm this with you before anything is signed.
A minimum of €10 million. It buys our own fleet through a pooled fund, keeps every agent on payroll, hires tech talent and pays for viral video marketing as we open Paris, Geneva and Courchevel.
Because owning is cheaper than renting over the life of a car, and because a car we own is a car we control: its condition, its equipment and who drives it. The rental margin stays in LEON.
Gig platforms pass around 80% of the fare to independents and get uneven service and stolen clients in return. A salaried, trained agent gives a consistent service, stays loyal to the client relationship, and leaves a higher margin. We keep this model until the company is worth €1 billion.
Ticket sizes, valuation and the legal instrument are set out in the investor deck and term sheet, shared after a first call. Tell us the range you have in mind in the form below.
The first investors in this round. Allocation is limited and offered in the order requests are received; once the circle is full, the next investors come in on the terms of a later close.
