Do I need the LEON app?
No. The form books exactly the same services as the app. Install the app later with the same phone number to see your booking, chat with dispatch and follow your driver.
When is my card charged?
For a ride in the next six days, the amount is only held on your card and taken when the ride starts. For later rides, the card is charged when you book. Cancelling before your driver is on the way releases the hold or refunds you in full.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes. Give the passenger's phone number so the driver can reach them, and add their name in the note.
How soon can I book?
Online bookings start at least one hour from now. For a car right now, use the LEON app: it finds the nearest driver in real time.
