Questions
Who can join LEON?
Ex-military, ex-Légion étrangère and ex-police officers who can prove their service. Licensed security professionals from other backgrounds are reviewed one by one.
What proof of service counts?
Discharge papers, a service record, a certificate from your unit or force, or the equivalent official document of your country. You upload it in the LEON Agent app.
Do I need a security licence?
Where the law of your country requires one for private security work (the CNAPS card in France, the SIA licence in the UK), yes, before your first mission of that kind. Tell us if yours is in progress.
Is it full time?
No. LEON is on demand: you accept the missions you want, when you are available. Static missions such as villas run in shifts you sign up for.
How am I paid?
Each offer shows what it pays before you accept. Hours and payouts are tracked in the app. The contract depends on your country and status, and is explained when you are approved.
